The Bundaberg Skindivers Club encourages safe and responsible spearfishing in accordance with the Australian Underwater Federation's spearfishing code of conduct.
Social and competitive events are held locally, offshore and throughout the State.
Spearsafe
Spearsafe is a national initiative by the AUF, AUFQ and USFA to improve safety for Australian spearfishers. Lots of information on safe spearfishing practises can be found on the Spearsafe website.
The AUF has also recently been updating the Spearsafe campaign with the production of a series of new videos which are available on the AUF Spearsafe Youtube channel. Links to these videos have also been included below.
