DAF is Seeking Feedback on Changes to Fisheries Legislation by 20 May 2018

Following on from the Sustainable Fisheries Strategy 2017-2027 that was released in June 2017, the Queensland Government is now seeking feedback on proposed amendments to the Fisheries Act 1994.

A discussion paper outlining the proposed changes has been released for public consultation. The discussion paper can be downloaded from

Submissions close 5pm, Sunday 20 May 2018.
